I've selected a macro track: Community Organizations as my concentration and then community and social systems as the method. I will decide during my first year in the MSW program whether I want to continue on with earning a PhD in anthro. Social Work will be new for me, so I will soaking it all in.

I noticed that you have an MSW but are pusuing a PhD in I think, anthropology. I was wondering how you are doing with the transition from social work to anthropology in grad school?
I am completing my BA in anthropology and will be starting the MSW program at Univeristy of Michigan. However I want to go on to earn a PhD in anthropology. So I'm very interested in your experiences.
Thanks, Lisa
