Former USAF military officer. Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with more than 40 years experience conducting and directing investigations and operations in the private and public sector, worldwide. More than 20 of those years involved international service, the last being in Saudi Arabia as the corporate consultant for fraud and security with the Saudi Arabian Oil Company. Currently employed by the U.S. Department of Energy. Adjunct professor with George Mason University's Administration of Justice program.
