About Me:
I am a post-doctoral researcher and recent Ph.D. graduate (Medical Anthropology, University of Toronto). My primary research focus concerns Muslim women’s health practices during sectarian conflict in northern Pakistan. Secondary research projects include a critical examination of the increasingly rapid implementation of ('Western' philosophical) ethics review committees in Pakistan's urban hospitals.
