About Me:
I am a self-employed songwriter, specializing in songs of protest and liberation. In an earlier life I obtained a Ph.D. in Linguistics at Yale (1958) and taught linguistics and South Asian languages (Hindi-Urdu, Marathi, Nepali) at the University of Pennsylvania (1959-1998).
