About Me:
my name is Fred-Michael Henry. I am a recent graduate from City College, where I received my Master in Urban Applied Anthropology. I found the study of anthropology in general interesting and work with a cross cultural professor very early in my training. As I read more and did more I found that applied anthropology was a comfortable fit. My thesis showed how institutions could loose their original mission and take on new ones over time. I have managed to accomplish most of my educational goals by working full time as a Unit Clerk within a hospital setting. Now I have reached the point were my mission too make new changes.
At present I am working within a Mental Health setting as a Mental Health Worker and I am applying my anthropology skills as a participant observer and communicator.
