I am an Idahoan with an Alaskan research home. I work in Alaska Peninsula and Aleutian Island communities on Aleut/Unangan and Alutiiq culture and history, rights and representations of identity, commercial and subsistence economies, fisheries policy, oil and gas development near fishing villages, and environmental policymaking.
