About Me:
I am in the process of completing the M.S. in Applied Anthropology at MN State University, Mankato with an emphasis in socio-cultural anthropology. My main area of interest is in the realm of development anthropology. I am interested in social development programs conducted by NGOs/IGOs/nonprofits and how their programs and policies affect change in culture (macro effect on micro). It is my hope to one day work for organizations such as the UN or other IGOs/NGOs in a decision making role and, utilizing my holistic anthropological perspective, assist in making program and policy choices.
