I am a User Researcher for Product Development. Through studying behaviors and patterns of consumers around the world, and taking these observations and learnings into consideration, we can keep the consumer's voice when designing and manufacturing products. This (hopefully) allows us to create products that provide satisfying experiences and meet people's needs.

I have a degree in Industrial Design with a focus on Anthropology and Sociology. From my experience as a User Researcher, I have conducted user research for a range of products from medical products, to consumer medical products (i.e. products to help manage diabetes), household consumer goods, personal safety products and music-listening / entertainment products.
