About Me:
I am an applied medical anthropologist currently serving as a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor for the Office of HIV at USAID. I have over 15 years of professional experience applying anthropological approaches, perspectives and tools to developing and evaluating HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment and care programs in developing countries. I have substantial experience with USAID and PEPFAR-funded projects including research, rapid assessments, evaluations and performace monitoring. Expert in social science and behavioral research methods such as ethnographic, qualitative and mixed method approaches. Hands-on experience building local research and evaluation capacity and leading field studies in East, South and West Africa and Latin America.
