About Me:
I am a graduating (June '08) Sociology/Anthropology major at Swarthmore College. My thesis research examined medical syncretism and the role of the healer in the southern Mexican state of Oaxaca. My academic interests are in Medical Anthropology, Alternative Healing and Immigration policy. I have interned at numerous NGOs working on issues of immigration and sustainable development.
