About Me:
I have over eleven years work experience in project management, strategic planning, policy analysis and advocacy, poverty monitoring and public budget expenditure tracking. I have conducted research in integrated natural resource management ranging from socio- economic surveys, farm surveys, forestry inventories, land use planning and gender working with community based organisations, national and international organisations as well as government agencies. I have experience in coaching, mentoring and conducted training and facilitated capacity building, initiatives for over 100 civil society organizations in Zambia. In addition, I have worked in influencing policy, community mobilization and community development in general.
