About Me:
I am a food anthropologist currently exploring the role of traditional foods within the Pacific Islander community in San Diego. Other interests include exoticism and inauthenticity of Pacific Island culture within the tourism realm of the Western post-colonial Pacific, and also how the interface of social networking can be applied to topics of environmental anthropology.
