About Me:
Returned to New Jersey after living in Nepal for three years-revisitng field site of past 25 years and continued ethnopsychiatric (re)study. Also, worked in HIV/AIDS while in Nepal (injection drug use, stigma and discrimination among people with HIV/AIDS), following up on 10 years of street ethnography with IDUs in US. Now organizing and supporting in-country teams and writing up socio-behavioral studies on infectious disease and vaccine use in developing societies in a number of Asian countries.
