  Hi Emilie! Are you familiar with Meredith Marchioni at Florida International University ? She currently writing up her dissertation and may have some interesting perspectives for you. And in thinking of literature and identity, you must be of course, you must know with Jane Nadel-Klein's work in Scotland? Nice to seeing a growing number of maritime anthropologists!
