  Fatima, your own focus is fascinating, too. I'll search through my papers database and see if anything related to your request comes to mind. I'm thinking there might be different ways of approaching how an organization can best integrate multiple national and ethnic cultures. Do you have a theoretical model in mind for your dissertation?
