About Me:
I'm a PhD Candidate in Anthropology. My goal is to graduate in December 2025. My dissertation is examining the intersection of identity negotiation and assimilation for immigrants in Florida. In addition to my PhD work, I am an evaluation officer with my local Children's Services Council, researching and evaluating child outcomes. I am passionate about community-based and community-led research. Finally, in addition to my PhD work and my work with the Children's Services Council, I am a small business owner. My business, Change Amplifiers Research and Consulting, conducts needs assessments and evaluations for nonprofit organizations across the US.
