About Me:
I'm an anthropologist and ethnobiologist at the University of Arkansas. Most recently I've worked with the Western Cherokees of Oklahoma to study the perpetuation of Cherokee language, foodways, ecosystems, and the expressive pursuits associated with natural resources in the Ozark foothills. Other interests include biocultural diversity and the maintenance of indigenous knowledge, health, lifeways, language, and lore.
