About Me:
I am a medical anthropologist and social gerontologist and have conducted research on long-term care for older adults in the U.S., Guatemala, and China. I was a founding faculty member of the NAPA-OT Field School in Antigua, Guatemala and directed its gerontology component. I am the editor-in-chief of Journal of Cross-Cultural Gerontology.
