About Me:
I am perhaps known best for my studies of Mayan women in Chan Kom, the village studied earlier by Robert Redfield and later by Alfonso Villa Rojas. I have also been a peace activist for more than 60 years, working tirelessly to advance peace and help women in emerging countries.
