About Me:
I am an expert in place-based development, value chains, and enterprise ecosystems. I received a PhD in Regional Development (Society and Culture) from the University of Tasmania in 2017. I also hold an MA degree in Geography and Environmental Studies (Urban and Regional Planning) and a BEd in Geography. I am a cross-disciplinary researcher in the fields of social sciences with a particular interest in place-based development, rural-urban linkages, value/supply chains, networks, social cohesion, social inclusion/exclusion, employment, and entrepreneurship in Australia and internationally.
