About Me:
I am Founder and Principal of CulturalKeys LLC which helps firms and nonprofits understand and address organizational culture and change issues, including those involving consumers. I have helped clients in many industries around the world including medical, petrochemicals, consumer-products, insurance, long-term-care, aeronaitics, and manufacturing. Before establishing my consulting practice, I worked for many years at General Motors R&D, most recently as Technical Fellow. At GM, I trained and managed cross-functional teams and led research and change-management projects on high-impact issues. Currently, I am leading Anthropology's Career Readiness Commission with Riall Nolan. Our goal is to improve the career readiness of anthropolgy students at all levels for any workplace. I enjoy writing when I am not consulting. I am currently working on the 9th ed. of my textbook, The Cultural Dimension of Global Business.
