About Me:
I am an anthropologist and information scientist addressing the human dimensions of complex social, environmental, and technical problems. My work focuses on enhancing the capacity of individuals and communities to navigate and shape institutional and technological systems.
My larger research agenda focuses on bridging the gap between research, policy and practice. Current projects involve building adaptive capacity to climate change; developing knowledge resources and tools to promote organizational learning and support evidence-based policy and practice; and designing strategies to address the challenges posed by the digital transformation of the scientific and cultural record.
